Generally, I frown on using the internet for stuff like this, 'cause, honestly, it just reinforces negative stereotypes of peple like myself (nerds). Additionally, the opinions expressed are generally both pointless and generic. That said:
Holy shit, X-Men 2 fucking rocks!
See what I mean? I'm sure half the dorks this side of Salon.com will be saying the exact same thing in THEIR weblogs tomorrow. Hell, I heard like five people saying it just on the way out of the freakin' theater. But realy, I feel like I had to say SOMETHING. It was really good. It was. Everything the first was, but fixing all the problems, adding depth to all the characters (ever the formerly one-dimensional Mystique, who was really cool this time out). Let it not be said that the sequel is always worse than the original. But again, this kind of thing will be all over the net tomorrow, so I'm just going to stop. After I say this:
Holy shit! Motherfucking Phoenix!
(I really didn't think they'd go there.)
Anyway, I'm going to go to sleep now, before this completely pointless entry gets any longer. I'll try to have something more signifigant next time, but I'm not gonna make any promises.
