I thought I had a girlfriend for, like, twenty minutes there. I was real psyched, especially when womankind lifted the five-year embargo on sweet kisses... But it seems it was not to be, so I still get to be the most undesirable man ever. I guess that's something, right? No, not really. That'll teach me to get my hopes up...
On a more positive note, I saw Bubba Ho-Tep tonight. Not bad. Nothing really special, but it definitely gets points for concept (that being: Bruce Campbell plays an aging Elvis Presley, fighting to save his retirement home from a soul-sucking Egyptian mummy). Some cool moments, but mostly B-material. Campbell is excellent as always, though.
